"From my initial visit to Western State, I had a strong sense that this school not only cares about its students, but would work with them individually to help them succeed. I can now appreciate having faculty members who are readily available, and who encourage and challenge me to achieve my full potential."

"Western State has far exceeded my expectations in so many ways. As a prospective student, I found the staff to be much more welcoming and approachable than any other school. As a new student, I really appreciate the strong support system within the school. I genuinely feel that all my professors and even my fellow classmates are dedicated to my success. I would encourage any student seeking a legal education to strongly consider Western State."

"Whoever said that part-time law students have an easier curriculum than full-time students is wrong as far as Western State is concerned. The level of course work, faculty expectations, and the rigors of academic life are indistinguishable. Embarking on the study of law can be rough in the beginning but the academic support and guidance students receive is a comforting assurance of the law school’s commitment to excellence."

Ashley Greenspan

"My favorite part about Western State is the sense of community around campus. All the professors are willing to help students in whatever way they can, making the first year of law school less intimidating and more comfortable. Even the Alumni are constantly reaching out to students offering employment, mentoring, and wisdom."

"I chose Western State because of its inviting atmosphere and its dedication to its students. The professors are easily accessible and truly want nothing more than to see their students succeed. I also love that Western State is a small school because it allows for more one on one time with faculty and creates a strong sense of unity among the students."

"The professional opportunities through Western State are unparalleled. The insight, guidance, and the experience I have obtained through my externship only made me more committed to the practice of criminal law. The Western State alumni network at many law firms and public service agencies is extensive, and they continually add to my development and training."

"From my first day at Western State, I have felt constant support from every part of the school. The faculty, administration, and students all strive for the success of each and every member of the Western State community. This unique atmosphere enables each of us to learn not only the law, but the life skills that will help us be the best we can in everything we do."

"Western State offers a part time program that fit my needs and my lifestyle. The flexibility in semesters, offering a competitive night program to such a diverse student body is something unique to this program. The professors are available, approachable and along with the staff provide an environment that is nurturing, encouraging, and promotes individual success. I especially appreciate the real life experiences of the professors and course work, that I am certain will benefit me as I prepare for my future in the field of law."
