TRANSCRIPTS

To request a transcript, you may complete and submit a Transcript Request Form PDF to the Student Services Office. Transcripts cost $7.00 per copy and are typically processed in 3-5 business days. To expedite this process, you may request a RUSH Transcript, which will be processed by the end of the next business day. The fee for a RUSH Transcript is $15.00 for the first copy and $7.00 for each additional copy in the same request. This option is not available on Friday orders.

You may also order an official electronic transcript through the National Student Clearinghouse. This option is not available to students who attended Western State at any time prior to 1993. To order an electronic transcript, please visit National Student Clearinghouse. The fee for electronic transcripts is $12.00. Please be aware that letters of standing and/or class rank cannot be sent with electronic transcripts and must be requested separately.

How To Order a Duplicate Diploma

To order a duplicate diploma, you must submit in writing the following information:

• Name as it appears in official records (name under which you attended)
• Dates of Attendance (approximate)
• Campus Location (note: Students who attended Western State in San Diego MUST contact Thomas Jefferson School of Law)
• Name as it is to appear on replacement diploma (must provide documentation if different)
• Mailing address and complete contact information

Diplomas cost $25.00 per copy and are typically processed in 6-8 weeks. Contact the Registrar for additional information.

For your convenience, jobs can be posted on Symplicity two different ways:

1. Jobs can be posted directly onto Symplicity (our exclusive in-house job board) directly by the employer.
