Professor Eunice Park was an invited panelist at the discussion, “The Use of Consumer Data in Prosecuting Abortions and What We Can Do Moving Forward,” hosted by American University Washington College of Law in April. Topics included how consumer data can implicate privacy, the regulatory landscape and legislative efforts, concluding with the Three Corners proposal from Professor Park’s upcoming article. The event was co-sponsored by If/When/How, a national non-profit network of law students, professors, and legal professionals committed to advocating for reproductive justice; and the student chapter of Women in Cybersecurity at American University.
