After obtaining her J.D. at Western State, Reinglass’ journey led her to 30 years of practice as a trial lawyer, where she focused on employment, civil rights, and business litigation. Her passion for justice and advocacy has earned her a strong reputation in the legal field.
In 2010, Reinglass became a full-time mediator and arbitrator with Judicate West. Since then, she has worked on many cases in a wide range of areas, including employment disputes, class actions, and civil rights violations. In addition to practicing law, Reinglass is an accomplished author, co-authoring books such as Leading With Legacy: A Collection of Inspiring Women Paving the Way and Women Who Empower.
Throughout her legal career, Reinglass has held prestigious positions, including president of the Orange County Bar Association and chair of the California Employment Lawyers Association.
